HSP Group is a global expansion firm where EoR sits beside entity setup, payroll, tax and accounting. The founders built High Street Partners, which became Radius and was acquired by Vistra in 2018. HSP's EoR offer comes in three forms: Evaluated, Delivered and Managed. The Managed option coordinates more than 15 third party EoR providers on the client's behalf. HSP does not own employing entities; its Delivered EoR runs on partner infrastructure. Playroll reports that HSP moved most of its EoR clients onto Playroll, and in September 2026 HSP announced a G-P partnership under which clients hire through G-P's EoR entities and later transition to an owned entity via HSP. Clients on Clutch cite depth of knowledge, fast responses and breadth of country support. The recurring complaint is cost. One European client noted lag from a support team based in Asia. HSP suits mid market and enterprise companies planning to graduate from EoR into owned entities. Startups hiring one or two people on a tight budget will find cheaper platforms elsewhere.
